“I’ve been interested in food my entire life, always being involved in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, who put me through my first round of ‘culinary school’. After studying photography and psychology at The University of Michigan, I returned to my love of cooking and attended National Culinary School, right here in San Diego. I’ve been cooking for a wide range of people for over 10 years with my business; small local families to large parties, vacationers, politicians, celebrities and athletes. My love of food has allowed me to share fun and healthy ways of eating with friends and family, which led me to becoming my own personal chef. I took my knowledge from culinary school and lost 40 pounds as well as kept it off with two babies. My husband also lost weight, lowered his cholesterol significantly, and continues to play soccer competitively in his 40’s, just by eating smart and healthy. I’m looking forward to sharing all my food knowledge with my kids, they already jump at the chance to bake with me. I’ve always enjoyed cooking special meals for the people around me. I feel that more people would eat healthy if they knew how good it really is. I look forward to cooking for you!”
